From Teflon to Stainless
After learning how horrible teflon is, I decided to go stainless. I am so happy I chose this set. The bamboo gives it an elegance that other sets lack. I'll have to get comfortable cooking with them, but I made over-easy eggs without a problem. So, it's not going to be TOO difficult. The one thing I've noticed is that your food will stick if you season it while it's cooking, so maybe I will try to season the food after it's done cooking.

LOVE THEM
I bought an expensive cookware set (professional quality) and hated them... super heavy and the handles would get hot. So returned them and got this inexpensive set and couldn't be happier. Super light, wash well and very stylish, too.
Great product, but original & replacement orders arrived broken
I was excited about using eco-friendly cookware, and this set had great reviews, but when I received my set, two of the lids were broken. One lid shattered as I took it out of the box, sending tempered glass everywhere (despite an intense cleanup, I'm still finding pieces of glass on the floor two weeks later). I gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe it had just been badly handled during shipping. I used one of the pans a couple times, and it worked great, I really liked it, but when I went to grab another lid, I noticed it was cracked and making a glass-rattling sound around the rim. Upon further inspection, I found chipped glass where the rim came together, and decided to send the set back for a replacement before that lid shattered as well.
When the replacement arrived, I checked all the pots and lids immediately. Again, two of the lids were either chipped or visibly scuffed/dented, made rattling noises indicative of glass floating around in the rim, and looked as if...
