LOVE this cookware
I have been testing and looking for cookware for several years. I am tired of teflon coating and cookware that states it can not be used at high heat and keep its warranty. I bought this set and have used it for eggs, making soups, rice and frying chicken and everything else. It cleans up easily, nothing sticks at the correct cooking temp. I have even been distracted and burned an entire pot of rice to the bottom, it cleaned up in minutes and I was able to make another pot right away. I recomment this to anyone tired of using teflon.

Love these
After about a year of research - talking to friends, buying "tester" pans (from Le Creuset, Lodge, Calpalon, All-Clad, etc) and talking to a few chefs, I ultimately decided to ignore all the suggestions and went ahead and bought these pans. They could supposedly go from gas to electric to induction and even in the oven, didn't need "seasoning" or complicated cleaning techniques; they could just go into the dishwasher, and the reviews were pretty good. When I received these pans in August I was a bit disappointed with them on first glance. The welding marks are easily seen, the handles for the lids look like the type to hold water in them, etc etc. I'm glad to say I was wrong.

These pans are lovely. They can be a bit tricky to clean if you don't do it immediately after cooking, but we solved that by having a kettle of water on the boil whilst cooking. Plate the food, pour the water in the pans and let them sit whilst you eat, and when you get around to rinsing them the food...
This is AWESOME cookware!
I first got this set about 3 years ago and never regret having bought it. It gets used a lot more than my other cookware like Le Creuset, All Clad(I think I'll give this stuff away) that I own.

It heat very evenly and is very easy to clean. Most of the time I just wash it by hand and unless I'm too tired and than I just throw it in the dishwasher.

I almost never have any problems with food sticking and if it does I have never had a problems cleaning it.

Since I purchased this set I've also bought the Saute Pan, Chef's Pan and 11" Skillet which are very functional and beautiful.

I have also bought a set for my daughter who also loves it.

My primary bakeware
I didn't think I would use these so often, but I do. I find myself looking for recipes to try, just to use these. They hold heat like you wouldn't believe, they actually cook everything evenly, and they are great to put under the broiler to get nice crisp crusts on casseroles.

The small size is absolutely perfect for a household of two people. It has allowed me to scale down my recipes to work for just two people, and still get the same quality that I would in the full scale version. The rounded sides are great and make it easy to scoop things out. They don't look very deep, but they can hold A LOT.

And, as cliche as it might be, they ARE great from going from the oven to table, and people really are impressed (plus, that makes less dishes to clean up, BONUS!!). Buy these, you will not be disappointed.

Loved them...until the glaze cracked and oozed
I received these as a gift from my sister and LOVED them for about a year and a half. Then, the glaze on the small one (which I use most) began cracking. I do often use them for fish at high temps, but come on, they're BAKING dishes, they should hold up. It is now to the point where the whole dish is covered in a spider web of cracks. Last night, I made tilapia and when I pulled it out of the oven, all of the cracks were oozing this mysterious black/brown gunk!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am hoping to get a replacement and that this is a fluke because I really do love the color, shape, and easy cleanup. BUT, I also agree with previous poster's issue with the unglazed bottoms sweating. They WILL MOLD if you nest them and don't put a paper towel in there, even if you hand washed and especially if you used the dishwasher.
Love these but....
These are great looking, colorful, and very useful bakers. I have several Rachael Ray sets and enjoy using them a lot. Now for the issue: I have bought two Bubble and Brown sets and in both sets, the 1 quart dish has cracked in a big way. The first one cracked then broke completely in half. The new one now has the beginnings of the same sort of crack. I have been careful to keep them away from abrupt temperature changes, water when hot, etc., so the fact that this has happened twice to the same dish makes me concerned that there is a production problem. I just cannot depend on these to deliver food to the table if they might break in half coming out of the oven. Not safe either. Has anyone else had this experience?

Farberware Affiniti 12 Piece Set, Bronze
We bought this set a few months ago and we really really enjoy them. The handles have a really good grip on them and also seem like they will never come apart. You know how some cookware just seems like the handles will come off one day? These aren't like that. They feel indestructible. The color is definitely the one of the best parts. They are more reddish than just pain brown. in Fact, when it says bronze, it's pretty close! They have a real nice pearl to them. I highly recommend them!

Hand WASH!!
Two things you need to know about this item. First off and most importantly, these pans are NOT dishwasher safe! the outside has a nice porcelain finish, but it must be washed by hand. Secondly the skillets are 9" and 10.5", NOT 10" and 11" these are not my measurements, it is clearly marked on the outside of the box they are contained in.
Overall, a very nice set. Sturdy and nice looking. Heavy-duty feel, with a super slick non-stick coating. Nice set for the price.

High quality fry pan
We bought this induction ready cook pan together with duxtop cooktop. I love this cooking pan, it looks and feels just the same as all clad. There is a thick aluminum core between two layers of stainless steel across the bottom of the pan and the sides. The outside layer is magnetic stainless steel making it induction compatible. The heat distributes fast and evenly, so we do not need to use high heat. At medium heat, it does not stick and cooks as fast too. At high heat, it does stick a little bit, I think it may because of the overheating. If food burn, there is only one reason, temperature is too high. So you need to use lower heat. And medium and low heat help to keep the kitchen clean, less oil burned into air. Again, this is a great cookware, saved us a lot of money, and we do not have to use non-stick pan ever.

Burrs
This really is covered with burrs all over the inside bottom of the pan. I had read a review mentioning the inside of pan was rough from milling marks and thought it must be an exaggeration. Unfortunately mine is very rough, and if you glide your hand across the bottom, it almost feels like you could cut your finger.

I tried cooking in it, and the burrs scratched up a brand new cooking utensil.

Maybe I expected too much for price, but I really didn't believe it would be so rough. The burrs grab the food, making it virtually impossible for the food to move around in the pan.
Only the 12 inch comes with the lid!
I purchased the 10 inch version of this. The product description for it mentions a Stainless-steel lid, but to my surprise I didn't receive one. So I checked the product page again and found the subtle difference in the product feature lists for the different sizes. I think Amazon should make the distinction more apparent and update the product description to reflect this difference.

I've previously purchased a Duxtop saucepan and was happy with its quality so I decided to go with the same brand, and I find their quality to be consistent. As another reviewer has mentioned, the inside finishing could be smoother, but I don't think it's a deal breaker given its price point. The pan has a nice weight to it and feels more solid than other pans in same price range I've tried in stores. The walls are thick since it has a aluminum core sandwiched between stainless steel. I especially like the handle. It's big, ergonomical, and stays cool, because it's all metal I feel safe to use...

I love this set!
I purchased this set on sale at BJs two months ago. I wanted to switch from aluminum to stainless steel cookware, but was hesitant because of the reviews I read. I'm so glad that I purchased this product. The food cooks faster and I haven't had any problems with cleaning. I never leave food in the pots overnight, always soak the pots with water and then rub 'Bar Keepers Secret' on the hard-to-remove spots (available at Target).

Note: I read that if you are allergic to nickel, you should avoid using stainless altogether.

FANTASTIC SET
I needed a new set of pots/pans and had just bought some silverware from Oneida of course.. and I really really liked the silverware.... so when I went to buy a new set of pots/pans I thought... who would know stainless steel like Oneida. So... I saw the set and immediately loved it. I actually got the 12 pc set.... and I LOVE IT! Have had it a few weeks now.. I use it every day and it still looks like brand new! A little Bar Keepers Friend and even the bottoms are shiny new! The ONLY thing I can complain about is that the handle will not hold a fork.... you cooks know what I mean! But that is it.... GREAT set. Cant say enough about em. I would buy them again in a new york second!

its a super star
I have two oneida pots for 15 years now and guess what they still shine the bottom is a little dark but sure it would shine with a little effort. The rest of the pots are shiney. I lost a handle on one of the pots and was hoping to order a new one from the company. I am ready to purchase some pots and it will be Oneida.

Excellent Quality
What first caught my attention were the removable handles: my storage is tight; so this is a bonus. These pieces have a substantial, well-balanced feel. The very best feature is that they conduct heat so efficiently that for the very first time my stove was able to maintain a low simmer without either burning or losing the boil. I was able to make a brilliant cream sauce with stove and pot behaving brilliantly. Am very, very pleased!

Not best for induction
I really wanted this cookware to work on my induction cooktop. One could argue they do work,but not very well. I have other induction cookware so I conducted a test with one pint of water to see how long to bring to the boil. Result: all the pans take nearly 5 minutes to come to the boil whereas my stainless steel pans take about 2.3 minutes. So there is the dilemma. I like the pans, they are well made and have a very nice 'feel' and they may work very well on conventional cooktops. But they are supposed to be suitable for induction and people buy induction hobs for the speed not just to work. Reluctantly I think I will have to send them back and look elsewhere.

Wonderful set of cookware
Great set and perfect for what we need. Also purchased a complete set of nylon cooking utensils to go along with the set. Only downside is the set is NOT dishwasher proof. However, this is not much of a problem since the food just slides off the surface. I recommend this set and would purchase it again.

Poor design, misleading description.
Described "Omelette Pans". No such thing, unless Omelette is to feed Paul Bunyan. Too many BIG pieces.
Heavy with poor handle design. Hard to hold. Hard to especially with anything in the pot. Fine if you are feeding large family every meal. Otherwise look elsewhere.
