Cook evenly!
These pans are awesome! With other pans (those that are not induction ready), I always have the problem that one side of the pan is hotter than the other, even though the pan sits dead center on the flame. This of course causes uneven cooking times. These pans however, are definitely evenly heated and cook all the food very nicely, without my having to turn the pan. Great set...will look at getting more!

Induction ready cookware is usually VERY expensive and had too many pieces for my needs. This set is both ecomical and a excellent selection
