LOVE THIS COOKWARE
I LOVE this cookware set. Water seems to boil faster than usual & other things seem to cook a little quicker. Especially with stuff like spaghetti, my cooking time has actually decreased. And, I don't have areas of the pan that burn worse than other parts like I've had with other cookware sets. Clean-up is also really easy.
There was one thing that I was VERY surprised about though. I'm someone who usually feels the heat (when touching the handles, for instance) more than other people seem to but with this cookware, I never have to use a hot pad. I don't know what the substance is that they have covering the handles but it's really nice to just be able to pull stuff off the stove & not worry about getting burned.
I recommend this cookware to everyone!

non stick doesn't stick
At this point in the life span of non stick cookware I thought all non stick cooking surface material would stay on the pan. I was very surprised after only a couple of months of sporadic use to see a nick in the material of the small fry pan. I dug at it a bit with my fingernail and it continued to peel right off the pan. It is too bad because the pans look nice and work nicely. (the rest of the pans are holding up but have not even had as much use as the small fry pan.
scratches scratches
I got the pack from amazon, nice looking, nonstick. good.
Then I put them into dishwasher 'cause it said "dishwasher safe", came out with lots of scratches..
Amazon had no problem sending me a new set. Nonstick, good. Never used dishwasher on it again and yesterday I found scratches again.. one month so far.
