Get ready for a great set of pots and pans!
Last year for Christmas my mom got me the Emerilware roasting pan. I was really impressed at how easily it cleaned up! I have debated and read review after review about Calphalon, Le Creuset (I own a gratin dish and love it), etc., and other top brands for the last two years and finally decided to go with this set. I am impressed and very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend but follow the instructions. You have just made an investment in good cookware and you need to treat them as such. They don't go in the dishwasher and don't use aerosolized cooking sprays or metal utensils on them. They clean easily and cook like a dream.
